I used to work in PR, and had many amazing years working in my fantasy job in the press office of MTV. However, since the age of 7 and the discovery of my first Enid Blyton, I’d always wanted to be a writer. A mixture of maternity leave and luck gave me the very jammy opportunity to try my hand at writing. I’m now working on my third novel.
My first novel (‘Alice Brown’s Lessons In The Curious Art of Dating’) is set in a fictitious dating agency and was inspired by my many years of failing to get a boyfriend.
It was published in the UK by Quercus in 2012.
It has also been published in Italy (enticingly renamed ‘Seduction, Attraction & Betrayal’) and will soon by published in Germany and Brazil.
